Tasks and Duties:

• University performance assessment: Assessing the quality of university performance for each employee through an electronic form distributed to all employees and filled out by them for the fields related to their performance during the period of a full academic year and submitted to the director of the center in order to evaluate them. After the paper evaluation, they are evaluated electronically through the electronic system for performance evaluation. By the official of the quality unit, and after the evaluation is completed, they are approved by the director of the center, and then a full report on the performance of the staff is withdrawn and sent to the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department.
