Based on the directions given by the Head office of the University of Technology represented by the dean of the university Prof Dr. Ahmed M. H. Abdulkadhim Al-Ghaban and the vice chancellor for scientific and postgraduate affairs Prof. Dr. Hayder Abed Dhahad, the division of System and Electronic Management in the Information Technology Center has designed and developed the Contracts and tenders software system.

The system goals\

Archiving all the information of contracts and tenders that were signed and approved by the University of Technology. These information include serial, date of occurrence, title of contract or tender, the contracted party, the beneficiaries and location. In addition, the system manages and archives all the paperwork related in pdf file format. Beside that, the system has the search capability to retrieve data easily, such as contracted parties, beneficiaries and other data.
